Each client is different. Each POS shouldn’t be the same. At Spatial System Designs we make sure your product is customized to your needs without the excess that other companies might include in the cost.
We stay on the cutting edge of technology but put your security first. Blending ease of use with your needs creates the most dynamic POS system on the market today.
Hardware + Software
Not only do we provide top-of-the-line software products, but we offer superior technology to back it up.
What really separates us is the customer support focus on you. Have a problem? We’re one call away from helping it get fixed quickly!
A software engineer works with clients to insure every aspect of the POS and optional accounting program fits each unique business environment. The scope of each project may include any or all of the following components: POS, time clock, accounting, inventory, security, digital signage, audio/video entertainment, gaming, customer wireless internet access, and much more. Careful planning and design ensures data integrity, interoperability with other systems, all necessary security protocols, and future expansion. Full staff training and printed documents accompany all installations. Customer satisfaction is assured for the life of the system.
This POS combines readily available, off-the-shelf hardware with the world’s leading operating systems (currently, Microsoft Windows 7) and tops it off with a custom software package handling all necessary business requirements. Hardware, menu/price lists, logos, sales conditions, etc. all arrive complete at the time of delivery providing a true plug and play experience for the business.
Smaller operations may use a single computer to handle the sales, accounting, and reporting. Larger sites require multiple computers, with networks of up to one hundred systems possible. For multiple locations, a Wide Area Network handles real time data viewing (a manager may reference up to the minute sales and other data from any location worldwide).
